How to use: Tap the fork and then place it over the designated chakra. After a few seconds, circle the tuning fork in a clockwise motion around the chakra.
However, there is no "right" way to use the tuning fork. You do as you please to heal your body. Whatever feels "right" to you, is one way I like to use these.
The third eye fork is the same frequency as the planet Venus. This tone promotes a great flow of love energy and inner harmony. Use on the 3rd Eye, directly between the eyebrows.
