These are ALL NATURAL stones. We do not alter the stones and non of them are man made (all are natural).
Average dimensions: 3.25" - 3.75" (we have these custom made in this specific size, so all of the points match).
The "one of everything" package: this package comes with 50 intuitively selected points. We always have about 55-60 different types of points in stock, so we pull 50 points from the current stock. This is at a highly discounted price if you were to purchase all of these stones individually.
